Fabulous Facts About Fairies-Unusual Fairy Flora

If you find a Fairy Ring,  be prepared for anything!  A fairy ring is actually a naturally occurring ring of mushrooms.     In European folklore they appear when a fairy appears and disappear without a trace.  Perhaps if you wait beside it you can capture a fairy.  If you do, please invite it to the Fairies' Tea at Inspiration Avenue.  The image was created by Arthur Rackham, an English book illustrator who lived from 1867-1939.

The Coprinus Plicatilis is also called the Fairy Parasol.

I believe you might find a fairy hiding under the leaves of this Fern Bouquet.
Wikimedia supplied these images of fairy fauna.

Today is our 22nd wedding anniversary!    I can't think of a more beautiful place to celebrate than Kauai.  I love the orchids in Hawaii.
