My friend Beth, from IA, challenged us to create a mandala this week. I wanted to make mine digitally but I didn't want to simply do a coloring page. I already did that. Well, I was tempted to quickly color in one of Beth's samples with Photoshop Elements. You know, check it off the list. Done!
The problem was, I wanted to participate in the challenge, especially because it is the first one Beth has hosted. I loved her samples. I went to her blog, Mossberry Cottage, and looked for the free mandala class. But that wasn't my inspiration for today. Instead, it was Beth's new Blog Header. The following quote got me going:
"The most potent muse of all is our inner child." I could identify with that. So I let my inner child create my mandala.
I hope you'll visit IA to see the wonderful entries this week. If you have time, visit the individual blogs and leave a comment. We all love that feedback! Click Here

I love this, Lou Anne! This is really unique...there is so much to look at and I love the colors. I really like the swirly design in the center!
ReplyDeleteThank you Maggie.
DeleteAwesome job--I don't have the first idea of how to do anything digitally, but I really appreciate the time and effort this must have taken. Are the cuties in the inner ring you?
ReplyDeleteThank you for taking the time to comment. I really appreciate it. The photos in the inner ring are me.
